Adoration — Worship God
2–3 minutes
Begin by declaring who God is — not what He can do for you, but who He is. His character, His names, His greatness. This positions your heart correctly before everything else.

Confession — Honest Before God
2–3 minutes
Be specific. Not "forgive my sins" — name them. The blood of Jesus covers every confession. Unconfessed sin blocks the flow of prayer. Honesty is the price of access.

Thanksgiving — Name What God Has Done
2–3 minutes
Specific thanksgiving — not general. Name what God did yesterday, this week, this year. Gratitude opens the gates of heaven. "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving." — Psalm 100:4

Supplication — Ask for Others First
3–5 minutes
Pray for others before yourself. This is the order of the Kingdom — those who intercede for others receive grace for themselves. Use your intercession list in the Intercession tab.
Morning Prayer Guide

The morning prayer sets the spiritual tone for your entire day. Before your phone, before coffee, before anyone else — God first. This is not religious obligation — it is spiritual strategy.
Step 1 — Adoration (2 min)
Pray this out loud
"Lord, You are [name three of His attributes]. You are greater than anything I face today. I worship You before I ask You for anything..."
Step 2 — Confession (2 min)
Be specific
"Lord, yesterday I fell short when I [specific failure]. I confess this and receive Your forgiveness. Cleanse me today by the blood of Jesus..."
Step 3 — Surrender Your Day (3 min)
Give Him the agenda
"Lord, I surrender today to You. My body, my mind, my time, my plans. Lead me. Speak to me. Use me for Your glory today. Let me not walk one step without You..."
Step 4 — Intercession (3 min)
Pray for others first
Open the Intercession tab. Pray for 3 people by name today. Be specific about their needs.

Midday Prayer — 2 Minutes
A pause in the day to acknowledge God

Daniel prayed three times a day — even when it was illegal and punishable by death. The midday prayer does not need to be long. It is an anchor. A reminder that God is with you in the middle of the day.
Midday prayer — say this wherever you are
"Lord, I acknowledge You in the middle of this day. I am not alone. You are with me right now. Guide my thoughts, my words and my actions for the rest of this day. In Jesus' name."

The evening prayer closes your day with God. You review the day together. You confess what fell short. You give thanks for what was given. And you entrust tomorrow to Him before you sleep.
Step 1 — Review the day with God

"Lord, walk me through this day. Where did I sense Your presence? Where did I ignore You? Where were You working that I almost missed?..."
Step 2 — Thanksgiving
Name three specific things
"Lord, today I am specifically grateful for [1], [2], and [3]. Thank You for being present in each of these..."
Step 3 — Entrust tomorrow
Release the day
"Lord, I release this day into Your hands. I cannot carry it to tomorrow. I entrust tomorrow to You. Let me sleep in the peace of a child who knows their Father is awake..."

When hunger comes — pray

"Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free."

Fasting without prayer is just dieting. The power of fasting is in the spiritual redirection — every time hunger arises, you redirect that energy to prayer. This is why Jesus said "when you fast" not "if you fast."

Some days the carefully structured prayer falls apart. You are too tired, too hurt, too confused. These are the most important prayers of your life. God does not need your eloquence — He needs your honesty.
The honest prayer — say exactly this
"Lord, I don't know how to pray right now. I am [tired / afraid / angry / confused / heartbroken]. I am coming to You exactly as I am. I cannot carry this alone. I need You to show up. I trust You even when I cannot feel You. In Jesus' name."
Three crisis verses — read them out loud

Now ask for yourself. Health, direction, provision, breakthrough. After worshipping, confessing, thanking and praying for others — your own requests come last.
Why Intercession Changes You
Abraham interceded for Lot — and Lot was saved. Daniel interceded for Israel — and they were restored. Paul prayed for every church he wrote to. Intercession is the most powerful form of prayer because it aligns your heart with God's heart.
"I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men." — 1 Timothy 2:1 (KJV)

How to Pray for Each Person
For believers: "Lord, strengthen [name] in their faith. Give them clarity, discipline and a deeper revelation of who You are."
For unbelievers: "Lord, remove the veil from [name]'s eyes. Send people across their path. Draw them to Yourself by Your Holy Spirit."
For those in pain: "Lord, meet [name] in their pain right now. Be their Comforter, their Healer, their Strength."
Prayer Journal
Write your prayers. Record what God speaks. A written prayer becomes a record of your relationship with God — a testimony of His faithfulness over time.
